Questions about booking
How much does photo booth hire cost?
Both booths are £75 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, so the shortest hire is £225. One print per group each time they use the booth, digital copies and a custom print design with your names, logo or theme are included. Unlimited Prints (three prints per group, every time) is an optional extra at £100.
What's the difference between the Oval booth and the Magic Mirror?
The Oval Photo Booth is an enclosed booth with a curtain. The Magic Mirror is a full-length touch-screen mirror framed in lights, set up on a red carpet with rope barriers, out in the room. Both are the same hourly price, and both come with fun props, prints, digital copies and a free custom print design.
What's the difference between one print and Unlimited Prints?
As standard, each group gets one print from every photo session, plus digital copies. With Unlimited Prints (£100), every group gets three prints each time they use the booth instead of one, so nobody has to fight over who takes the strip home.
How do I book?
Build your package and send it to us. If your date is free and at least three weeks away, you can confirm the booking online straight away. Otherwise we'll come back to you with a quote. A booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid, and the balance is usually due 7 days before the event.
What does the venue need?
Enough space for the booth, a power supply nearby and access for us to bring it in and set up. If you're not sure your space will work, add a note to your enquiry and we'll check with you or the venue.
Can you set up early?
Yes, just tick early setup when you build your package and tell us what time suits you. It helps when the booth needs to be in place before guests arrive, for example during a wedding breakfast.
What happens to the photos?
Photos taken at your event stay private to you and your guests. We'll only use them for our own marketing if you've agreed to it first.
What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable, and cancelling within 14 days of the event may be charged at the full booking fee. If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund. The full terms are on our terms and conditions page.
Can I add a DJ, speakers or lighting?
Yes. Our sister company, Hertfordshire DJ Rental, provides DJs, speakers and lighting. Mention it in your notes and we'll quote for both.
