A legal disclaimer
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Herts Photo Booth Hire. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been paid and confirmation has been issued.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date (usually 7 days prior, unless otherwise agreed).
All prices are quoted in GBP.
2. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to the full booking fee.
If we are forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
3. Event Requirements
Adequate space, power supply, and access must be provided for setup and operation of the photo booth and any additional equipment.
Any delays caused by lack of access or unsuitable conditions may reduce hire time without refund.
4. Equipment & Damage
All equipment remains the property of Herts Photo Booth Hire at all times.
The client is responsible for any damage caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties during the hire period.
Costs for repair or replacement may be charged where damage occurs.
5. Use of Images
Photos taken during the event remain private to the client and their guests.
Images will only be used for marketing or promotional purposes with prior consent.
6. Additional Services
Additional services such as speakers, lighting, and DJ hire are subject to availability.
These services fall under the same booking and cancellation terms unless otherwise stated.
7. Liability
Herts Photo Booth Hire will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, power failure, or acts of God.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
8. Website Use
All content on this website is the property of Herts Photo Booth Hire and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in place at the time of booking will apply.
